Before assuming his current position as president of PartnerSource, Bill Minick practiced law as a licensed attorney for nearly 10 years, primarily with one of the largest law firms in Dallas, TX. While employed at this firm, he worked on a team that developed the first injury benefit plan fully compliant with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974. While serving as an attorney and consultant for over 30 years, Bill Minick pioneered a range of processes and strategies in the occupational injury field for areas such as claims management, defense litigation, and employee communication.

Over the years, Bill Minick has played an integral role in the formation of the Association for Responsible Alternatives to Workers' Compensation, the Oklahoma Injury Benefit Coalition, and the Texas Alliance of Nonsubscribers. He also supports a number of community service groups and government organizations, including Arms of Hope, Abilene Christian University, and the City of University Park.

Since 1994, Mr. Minick has served as president of PartnerSource. From the firm’s headquarters in Dallas, TX, he helps clients across the country develop independent and effective worker injury benefit programs.
